A private pool villa for ฿2,440,000, in the quiet green hills of Lamai. A small community of 22 villas, on plots of 150 to 200 sqm, set inland among the trees, away from the traffic and the beach crowds, with completion planned for January 2027.
People come here for the calm. Around the villas there is little but greenery, hills and silence, which is exactly what couples and travellers looking for a restful stay on Samui want: a pool of their own, a 50 sqm terrace to live outdoors and a bedroom that opens onto the water, in a retreat-like setting. Lamai Beach and its restaurants are 3.1 km away, about 10 minutes by car or scooter.
Inside, 38.5 sqm are put to good use: a living room and kitchen that open onto the terrace, a bedroom facing the pool and an 8 sqm bathroom. The plot is fully enclosed, the 11.5 sqm pool is private and the Car Park is shared. The community has 24-hour guards and CCTV, and each villa comes with a digital door lock and opening sensors.
The price covers the villa and the first 5 years of its 30-year lease. After that, the land rent is ฿250,000 every 5 years, interest-free: over 30 years, the total comes to ฿3,690,000. Payments are spread over the building work, starting with 15% at contract, and furniture and appliances are optional. The 2-bedroom villas are already sold out, and in mid-October 2026, 6 one-bedroom villas were still available. Small, simple to maintain and priced low, they have fine rental potential with travellers who come for peace and quiet.
